If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to website use. Written service agreements, warranties, and manufacturer documents govern actual HVAC and duct-cleaning work.

We work to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current. Pricing, promotions, availability, and calculator outputs are examples only. They are not binding quotes unless confirmed in a written estimate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading service requests or job applications
• Send spam or automated abuse through our forms
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data

Work is performed by our in-house, licensed, and insured team subject to the service agreement provided at the time of service. 7. Promotions and Memberships

Offers, promotions, and memberships such as the Healthy Home Club may have eligibility rules and expiration dates, may not combine unless stated, and may be modified or withdrawn. Membership benefits are described on the Site and confirmed at enrollment.

8. Financing and Third-Party Services

Financing may be offered through partners such as Wisetack or Heil credit card programs issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., subject to credit approval. Applications are completed on the partner's hosted systems under that partner's terms and privacy policy. We do not collect card or bank account numbers through this Site. Links to Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other third-party sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Communications and SMS Program

When you submit a form, you ask us to contact you about that request by phone or email. Recurring automated text messages require a separate, optional, unchecked consent checkbox.
