i am absolutely honored to write this review in regards to my experience with Jason and his staff at Gray Duct. Hands down one of the most professional companies I have done business with. Jason came to my home and explained everything to me. After he left, I knew I did not want to shop around to compare pricing. I knew Jason and his staff were going to make sure all my needs were taken care of and that it would be perfection. THEY FAR EXCEEDED PERFECTION AND MY EXPECTATIONS. i cannot say enough GREAT things about Gray Duct. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Gray Duct. Thank you Jason and staff for the amazing work, you guys are going to be the best (if not already) the best in the business.

He kept us in the know how and walked us through everything he was going to do before the appointment. Very professional from the moment we booked the service to actually performing the job. He sent us “before” and “after” pictures of our ducts. I will definitely be referring them to friends, family and coworkers.

Jason and team were vey professional, courteous and thorough. They arrived and walked through the process that they were going to do to clean the ducts. During the job they shared pictures of ducts and their findings. After the job was complete they walk through all they did and shared before and after pictures. They cleaned and vacuumed up after themselves and ensured everything was satisfactory before leaving. Highly recommend you use them for your duct cleaning and will be calling on them when it’s time to clean them again.

In my experience, if you care about having your vents cleaned the RIGHT way, hire Gray Duct! Compared to two other competitors we have used, Gray Duct was much more thorough and professional. In fact, there is clear evidence the previous providers skipped a significant portion of our vents. Jason at Gray Duct walked us through the before and after photos and videos that showed this. Before Gray Duct started, there was thick dust caked on an important portion of the system, and a noticeable amount in other parts--which should not have been there after this short amount of time.Despite the fact the two previous companies had "high ratings", buyer beware! Given our allergies to dust, it makes sense now why we were having itchy eyes and sinus issues despite impeccable allergy control measures in the house. Gray Duct was about the same price as others, but did a far better job.The Gray Duct crew was very professional, extremely thorough, careful and considerate. They were on time, walked us through the process, got to work, and showed us the results. It was easy to work from home while they were doing the work. I would emphatically recommend them.

After looking at three companies Gray Duct was the first to respond, very clear in their bid and gave it in writing. No vent counting. The team, including the owner, was amazing! They were friendly, efficient, and clearly cared for our home. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do and showed me around afterward. They even vacuumed after! More than satisfied and happy with the work.

Great service. Ducts have not been cleaned since 1965 so they were pretty disgusting and the crew accepted the challenge and even were excited to clean up the 56 years of debris. Super professional and timely. Took their time to explain the whole process and show before and after pictures of their work. Would highly recommend Gray Duct for any duct cleaning needs.
