5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following categories of cookies and tracking tools:

  • Strictly Necessary: Required for security, session management, and spam protection (including Google reCAPTCHA on forms). These do not require consent.
  • Analytics: Google Tag Manager (GTM-TPH5PW3K) and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-R1TC83YFCF) to understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Call / lead attribution: WhatConverts, loaded through our GTM container, to attribute phone calls and form leads to marketing sources.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 so analytics and advertising storage signals respect your choice and Global Privacy Control (GPC). You can accept or decline optional cookies in our on-site banner, and revisit choices via the links in the site footer. See Your Privacy Choices for California opt-out rights.

6. Advertising and Measurement Partners

Measurement tags that run through our Google Tag Manager container may include Google Analytics 4 events for phone clicks and form fills. We do not hard-code a Meta Pixel or CallRail snippet in this Site's source. If additional ad platforms are added inside GTM later, they remain subject to Consent Mode and this policy's opt-out rights.

7. Payment Security

This website does not collect raw payment card numbers. Financing options (such as Wisetack or Heil credit card applications issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.) are completed on the financing partner's hosted pages or by redirect. Payment processors and financing partners handle card data under their own PCI-compliant systems and privacy policies. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

8. AI Usage Disclosure

We may use artificial intelligence tools to help draft website content, marketing copy, or internal summaries. We do not operate a public website chatbot that collects visitor messages as of the last-updated date above. If we add an interactive AI assistant later, it will disclose that it is an AI assistant before you enter personal information.

This Site also publishes structured files (llms.txt and llms-full.txt) so AI search tools can describe our services accurately. We do not intentionally send your form submissions or payment data to generative AI vendors for training.

9. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" certain identifiers and internet activity with advertising or analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is used under California law. See Your Privacy Choices.

We may also disclose information to:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf (form relay / CRM, reCAPTCHA, email delivery, financing partners, GTM / analytics hosts)
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • Professional advisors under confidentiality obligations

10. Your Privacy Choices

Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of certain profiling. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Categories collected that may be disclosed for analytics or advertising purposes include identifiers (such as IP address and cookie IDs), internet or electronic network activity (pages viewed, form events), and inferences drawn from that activity. Tools involved today include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and WhatConverts call / lead attribution. We collect contact details you submit on forms to fulfill your request.

How to opt out: Use our cookie banner to decline optional analytics and advertising storage; enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser (we honor GPC for ad-related consent signals); or email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and include enough detail for us to verify your request. You may also call (952) 254-8779 or write to 6100 McColl Dr Unit 214, Savage, MN 55378.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with permitted extensions).

Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Colorado, Virginia, Texas, Connecticut, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of targeted advertising. Use the same contact methods above to submit a request.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Service records are typically kept for several years. Analytics data follows the retention settings of Google Analytics and related tools.

12. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission is completely secure. Please use strong unique passwords for any accounts you control and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access related to your dealings with us.
